Our comprehensive approach to screening and hiring helps ensure we employ only the best-qualified people. All candidates must successfully pass the proprietary copyrighted Security Enforcement Aptitude Test®, and Detail Memory Aptitude Test®, following the Background Investigation.
Background Investigation
Candidates for employment undergo an extensive background investigation/ law enforcement checks, (SLETS, NLETS, IIIC, NCIC, NICS, NIBRS, DHS, and Interpol) to help ensure employee integrity.

Orientation
Phase I: The Prusik Basic Academy is designed to introduce employees to the security industry, their employment duties, responsibilities, authority, Prusik USA policies and operations. Candidates must successfully complete PBA before being assigned to a duty station.
Phase II: The Duty Station Academy is designed to familiarize the employees to their assigned duty station, client policies, procedures, and job functions. Whether security officers are newly assigned or transferring, they must graduate the DSA for each location they are assigned.
