Screen


     Our comprehensive approach to screening and hiring helps ensure we employ only the best-qualified people.  All candidates must successfully pass the proprietary copyrighted Security Enforcement Aptitude Test®, and Detail Memory Aptitude Test®, following the Background Investigation.

 

 

Background Investigation


     Candidates for employment undergo an extensive background investigation/ law enforcement checks, (SLETS, NLETS, IIIC, NCIC, NICS, NIBRS, DHS, and Interpol) to help ensure employee integrity
.

 

 

Drug/ Alcohol Testing


    
We are committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace.  All Prusik USA candidates for employment are administered a pre-employment drug test.  All employees are subject to random and periodic drug and alcohol testing to ensure compliance with company policy, state and federal laws and regulations.

 

 

In-Person Interview


    
Candidates are given the chance to demonstrate their personality, as well as interpersonal and communication skills.

 

 

Orientation


    
The Prusik Indoctrination Program is a comprehensive training program designed to educate the employee to become proficient in the performance of their duties.  The PIP is a 2-phase program.

 

Phase I:  The Prusik Basic Academy is designed to introduce employees to the security industry, their employment duties, responsibilities, authority, Prusik USA policies and operations.  Candidates must successfully complete PBA before being assigned to a duty station.

 

Phase II:  The Duty Station Academy is designed to familiarize the employees to their assigned duty station, client policies, procedures, and job functions.  Whether security officers are newly assigned or transferring, they must graduate the DSA for each location they are assigned.

 

 

Continuing Education

     At Prusik USA, we take training so seriously we became a professionally licensed private vocational school – the Prusik Training Center.  Quality, up-to-date, and dynamic training is essential in our goal to be the security industry leader.  The PTC training courses enhance the performance and retention of security officers, managers and customers through:
