PRUSIK USA® LLC is a security firm comprised of 3 companies: Prusik Security Group®, a private security agency; Prusik Training Center®, a private vocational school; and Parabellum Combat Systems®, a class 2/ SOT FFL. Each company is owned by and operated as divisions of Prusik USA, and has inter-operability. This joint-services structure enables Prusik USA to have staff that is proficiently trained and adequatly equipped to provide superior performance, professional courtesy and excellent service.

Prusik USA is named after the Prusik Knot. The Prusik knot is the simplest and most essential piece of emergency equipment used in military and rescue operations, as well as mountaineering, recreational rock climbing and rappelling. It was invented by Dr. Karl Prusik. The Prusik is easy and quick to tie. You start with a loop of cord and wrap it around the main rope 2 or three times going through the inside of the loop each time. The Prusik knot will slide freely along the main rope. When pulled tight, or when weight is applied, it will grip the main rope. A pair of Prusiks attached to a rope can be used to ascend a main rope. Prusiks are frequently used to safely raise and lower people by ropes. It is a valuable lifeline. That is Prusik USA’s approach to providing services - A lifeline to your defense.
